General Information
NSAA’s ski jumping and nordic combined program will be hosting the 2024 ski jumping and nordic combined Junior National Championships this February. This event will bring in the best athletes in the country to compete for Junior Championship titles! There will be three ski jumping competitions and two nordic combined events. These events will be held at the Karl Eid Ski Jumps and Kincaid Park.
This championship event will kick off Tuesday, February 27th with opening ceremonies at Kincaid Park. Thursday we will have the individual event followed by the team event Friday. The competitions wrap up Saturday with a fun exhibition elimination ski jumping event. Participates will be treated to local Alaska culture throughout the week. As an added bonus, Fur Rondy and the historic Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race Anchorage start will be going on during the week.
All of these events will be open to the public, and we hope to have the Anchorage community in attendance to check out the great sports of ski jumping and nordic combined. Since the event rotates throughout the divisions, we only host this event every five years.
