Welcome to MARCH!

The High School race season is in the bag and the last Middle School race is today at 3:30 at Kincaid Park.  We’ve turned the corner from the dark days of winter and now the sun sits higher in the sky and finally has some heat to it.  There is much to look forward to this month and it all starts with the Ski 4 Kids this Saturday followed by the grand return of the Tour of Anchorage on Sunday.   The Groomers will be out Saturday evening until the wee hours on Sunday setting the courses and start and finish stadiums.  This takes great logistical planning and communication between truck and snow cat drivers, snow machine groomers, ground crew and race planners.  We’re looking forward to a big turnout and an epic experience for all participants.  Good luck to all involved!
