Tour Trail and APU

January 20, 2017/in Trails

Last night Craig groomed and set track on the APU tail system and Stadium with the best of intentions.  He said he could not make it completely around because the snow was “de-bonding” on the steep climbs on the outer section next to East High School.  He headed up the Tour Trail and met Ricky in the middle (who was heading down from the Hillside) where both turned around and returned making another pass.  He pushed more snow in the trail at the MLK overpass and it’s skiable.  The APU tunnel is skinny and needs more snow but the Tudor bridge is good.  With warmer temperatures in the forecast, add these trails to your weekend “to do” list.  Enjoy!
