Busy weekend on the Snowmaking Loop

The park received about 1/2″ of fluffy snow last night…just enough to pretty things up a bit, but not really enough to make much difference.  However, every little bit helps and we’re grateful!

Craig concentrated the grooming efforts on the SML (Snow Making Loop) for this weekend’s events.  Today the first of two ASD-High School races will take place at Noon.  The Lynx Loppet features a 5k Classic course today and tomorrow the participants will race a 5k Freestyle starting at 11:00 am.  On Sunday, December 11 the AMH-Anchorage Cup Sprint Relay will kick off Noon with a Biathlon Pursuit starting at 2 pm.
